You’ll be on the front line, ensuring every job runs like clockwork. From daily routing and dispatching to problem‑solving and port coordination, you’ll be essential in delivering fast, reliable transport services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing and executing Day 1 tasks: checking, routing, and troubleshooting
* Dispatching trucks for Day 1 and Day 2 operations
* Coordinating with port expeditors and supervisors to ensure precise job execution
* Supporting Day 2 planning and scheduling
* Handling driver instructions, notes, and parking arrangements
* Collaborating with Customer Service and HR teams on operational matters
Experience with TOPS is a strong advantage.
