You will report directly to our Senior Sales Manager and you'll be covering the North UK Region. In this role, you will impact the company's success by leading a high-performing sales team, achieving sales targets, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective management of the sales process and customer engagement. Our role in BMS is to enhance the enjoyment, comfort, and energy efficiency of any building, whatever the type or size, with open, scalable, future-ready building automation systems. We work with building integrators to support the installation and integration of building management solutions including building controllers, edge devices, software, and connected services. We manufacture and design market leading products in Trend Control Systems, Honeywell Optimiser Suite and SBC Qronox to allow our partners to have leading brands to support their customers and drive new interest for end users. Manage and lead a team of sales representatives and demand generators, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets. Responsible for achieving AOP goal Driving Strong MOS in team Capable of having strategic business discussions at the customer/owner level Develop and maintain a baseline knowledge and understanding of Honeywell offerings and solutions Develop and mentor new and existing team members of varying levels of experience Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support. Work with all stakeholders in new project design for growth, Contractors, Consultants M&E etc. to drive high profile projects. Experience in sales, with some experience in a leadership or managerial role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
