New Directions are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive school. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide tailored support to a pupil with additional needs, helping them to engage fully in their learning and reach their potential. The ideal candidate will be patient, adaptable, and confident in building positive relationships to support individual progress.
Job Specification

To work in an Additional Learning Needs (ALN) role you will need:
1. A relevant teaching qualification
2. Ideally experience working in an ALN environment
3. Recent experience in a classroom environment
4. An excellent track record
5. Good knowledge of the national curriculum
6. Strong interpersonal and people management skills
7. Flexibility and adaptability to work short-term and long-term.

16. Physical Disabilities (PD).
