Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Barista position located in Hornchurch. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, taking customer orders, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean workspace, assisting with food preparation, and handling transactions efficiently. You will work as part of a friendly team to create a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and ensure their satisfaction
* Experience as a Barista and familiarity with food preparation techniques
* Excellent communication skills to understand and fulfill customer needs effectively
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Punctuality, reliability, and a positive attitude
* Prior experience in a café or food service environment is a plus
* Food safety certification is advantageous
