Position Summary
Engineering Programme Management Support – Plymouth (United Kingdom). 12-month fixed-term contract running from August2026 to August2027. Full-time onsite.
What You Will Do
* Track and report programme metrics relating to resource, cost, and schedule.
* Input and maintain project data within the Engineering Control Tower.
* Set up and support monthly Engineering Project Reviews.
* Support bid and proposal activities, including administration of BidMaster.Web (BMW) tools.
* Generate and maintain simple project plans.
* Produce materials and support Finance Project Reviews.
* Coordinate project meetings and take minutes.
* Provide hands‑on support to development programmes, including potential lab‑based activities.
Qualifications You Must Have
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a project support, engineering, or operations environment.
* Minimum ONC/HNC qualification (or equivalent) with an engineering‑related focus.
* Ability to generate, maintain, and track project plans.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferences
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
* Experience supporting bids and proposals.
* Previous experience working within an engineering environment.
