Join Our Team as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for SEMH at Astrea Academy Sheffield. The successful candidate will champion support for scholars requiring assistance within SEMH. The HLTA will work across subject areas to improve the learning experience and ensure barriers to learning are reduced without lowering expectations.
What We're Looking For
* Education Experience: experience in an educational setting, ideally with Key Stage 3 and 4
* Previous experience working with scholars with a broad area of need SEMH
* Values-Driven: alignment with our values and mission
* Passionate Educator: belief that all children can achieve regardless of starting point, background, or needs
