This role suits someone who thrives on variety and pace — from content planning and campaign execution to thought leadership, brand positioning, and sales enablement. Manage internal storytelling projects and thought leadership pieces in collaboration with the content team. Work with the digital team to optimise content for SEO, conversion and engagement. Sales and business development support Support sales enablement with well-crafted messaging, tailored content and collateral. Align marketing activity with target sectors, prospect lists and live bid themes. Manage the development of pitch-ready materials, including case studies, service sheets and campaign packs. Stay up-to-date with trends, competitor activity, and audience expectations. You will have: Experience in a marketing role with proven campaign delivery and content planning. Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, customer journeys and sales alignment. Excellent copywriting, briefing and project management skills. Experience managing campaigns across multiple channels — web, social, email, events and print. Good working knowledge of marketing tools, including Salesforce, Semrush, mailchimp, and Google Analytics. Capable of managing multiple projects with strong attention to detail. A collaborative mindset and experience working across sales, content, design and digital teams. A passion for purposeful marketing and a genuine interest in telling real stories about people, customers and services. A can-do attitude — curious, energetic, organised and outcome-driven.
