Role Description
IES are looking a proven Sales Manager to lead our already well-established, successful Sales Team. You will be involved in the day to day running of the Sales function as well as people management of the team. You must be a successful sales professional that has a background of creating impressive sales and business growth through effective deployment of business and sales strategies. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and Sales Director and will be seated within the Senior Management structure in the business. This role covers a wide geography and based within our Head Office and Remotely visiting clients where necessary.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share. You will ensure strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of IES offering.
It is imperative that you are able to quickly assimilate the dynamic of the Company to maximise both sales and business performance
* Covering a wide geography, based within our Head Office and Remotely, visiting clients where necessary
* Develop and executing sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share
* Be able to quickly assimilate the dynamic of the Company to maximise both sales and business performance
* Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
* In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
* Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Experience in day to day technical engineering, working in Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical or other high technology manufacturing environment is advantageous.
