Due to continuous growth at one of our key divisions, we are looking to add an Account Coordinator to our highly successful, driven, fun (and slightly crazy!) team based at our Head Office in Leeds.
The successful candidate will be based in our Leeds office and will play a key role in supporting the Account Management team with the smooth day-to-day running of client accounts and recruitment activities.
Reporting directly to the Account Director, ideally the successful candidate will have a background in recruitment, administration, or account coordination (although this is not essential as full training will be provided for the right person).
Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting Account Managers with the day-to-day management of client accounts
2. Updating and maintaining the CRM system
3. Registering and vetting candidates in line with compliance requirements
4. Booking, filling and arranging staff for client requirements
5. Assisting with planning meetings and team briefs
6. Coordinating recruitment activities to ensure client staffing needs are met
