Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kidderminster for an ERP Sales Account Manager. Responsibilities include driving sales by identifying and generating leads, managing key accounts, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
The role involves creating tailored ERP solutions, providing pre- and post-sales consultancy, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs effectively.
The ERP Sales Account Manager will represent the company as a trusted partner in offering IT services to a diverse customer base.
Qualifications
* Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships and ensure client needs are met or exceeded.
* Proficiency in Account Management to oversee client accounts, develop strategic solutions, and deliver exceptional service.
* Experience in Lead Generation to identify and develop new business opportunities effectively.
* Outstanding Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
* A proven track record in ERP sales or a related IT sales field is highly desirable.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team while independently driving sales initiatives.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of IT solutions, including ERP/MRP systems or similar IT infrastructures.
