An excellent opportunity has arisen for a senior Employment Solicitor to join a growing and highly regarded Employment team. This role offers a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, advising a broad client base including corporate and education sector clients.The Role
* Advising on a wide range of employment law matters
* Managing Employment Tribunal litigation
* Supporting corporate transactions and advisory work
* Delivering training, seminars, and legal updates to clients
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
* Supporting business development and team growth initiatives
About You
* 7+ years' PQE in employment law
* Strong technical and commercial employment law expertise
* Experience handling tribunal matters and advisory work
* Proven client relationship and business development skills
* Confident supervising and mentoring junior team members
* Collaborative, proactive, and commercially minded
