LSH Auto is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician specialising in Mercedes Benz vehicles to join our dedicated team. Located at our Whitefield dealership, you will play a key role in maintaining the performance and quality of our luxury vehicle fleet.
Welcome Bonus: £2000
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: - £31,500 Plus OTE Bonus
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform servicing, repairs, and maintenance on Mercedes Benz vehicles to manufacturer specifications.
* Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
* Ensure the use of correct parts, lubricants, and materials while keeping detailed service records.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workshop environment.
* Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly regarding vehicle conditions and required work.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience working with Mercedes Benz or similar luxury vehicles.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Valid UK driving license.
* Willingness to engage in ongoing training, especially in emerging electric vehicle technologies.
