Works Coordinator
Based at Rumsey House, Rochford : covering Basildon, Canterbury and Brighton areas
GBP 32,081 : GBP 33,769 per year
40 hours per week : Monday to Friday : 8:00am to 4:30pm
We are looking for a Works Coordinator to join our Property Delivery team based in Rochford. You will be responsible for delivering, coordinating and maintaining effective and efficient coordinative systems to support the delivery of services. You will oversee the Minor works team in the South East region. Communicating with the wider regional team, you will work in a team and provide timely information to support team members when dealing with repairs which have been scheduled.

Supporting the regional team with effective communication to ensure accurate and timely information is collected and coordinated to meet the required timescales

Providing quality statistical information on key performance indicators to assist managers in target setting, performance monitoring and implementing improvements where needed

Updating all manual and computerised records in an accurate and timely manner

Identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately

Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as managers and trade colleagues

Recent experience of providing administrative support to senior management

Experience of Property Services Day to Day Process

Experience of working in an appointment / work scheduling environment

Some knowledge of producing quality compliance and statistical information

Ability to work on own initiative and independently

Excellent communication and customer care skills

Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
