My Architectual client is looking for a Principle Designer/Senior Architect to join them on a permanent basis.
Requirements:
Oversee the Principal Designer duties across multiple residential projects (100+ Dwellings)
Manage and mentor a team of skilled Technicians and designers.
Liaise directly with clients and local Authorities to co-ordinate project requirements.
Prepare and review information and documents for planning applications.
Strong team leadership and client facing skills.
In-depth Knowledge of the design and planning process.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
* OnSite 5 days a week.
