Location: Police & Crime Commissioner's Office, Portishead
Salary: £34,968 - £44,394 depending on experience
Term: 1 x Fixed-term contract until 31 March 2025
Main Purpose of the Role:
The Policy, Partnerships and Commissioning Manager will lead the development, delivery, and monitoring of work within the Government initiative of Anti-social Behaviour (ASB) Hotspot and Immediate Justice programme across Avon and Somerset. Working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and partners, the role aims to deliver against the programme aims and reduce ASB and serious violence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead on policy areas, shaping local plans, commissioning intentions, and supporting the Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC) in their role and duties.
Lead and support commissioning projects, contracts, and grants, ensuring efficient and effective delivery with a positive impact on local communities.
Support performance and development by utilising analytical and continuous improvement approaches to commissioning and service delivery.
