Product Manager / Product Owner – Connectivity Platform

Our client is a leading provider of innovative connectivity solutions – including satellite internet (LEO), SD-WAN, private 5G, and wireless networking – helping organisations across the UK and worldwide build reliable, secure, and scalable networks.
They are now seeking a
Product Manager/Product Owner
to lead the growth of their
connectivity management platform
– a single pane of glass that aggregates LEO-SAT telemetry, manages fleet-wide data usage, controls costs, and enables seamless purchase of additional bundles.
This role will shape the platform's roadmap, explore SaaS opportunities, and work closely with Sales, Development, Finance, and Project teams to deliver exceptional customer value. As the subject matter expert, you'll also engage directly with clients to drive adoption and showcase its potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and deliver the
product vision, strategy, and roadmap
* Collaborate with Development to design and enhance features for scalability and usability
* Partner with Sales, Projects, and Technical teams to align product and business goals
* Act as the
voice of the customer
, gathering feedback and translating into product features
* Lead demos, training, and presentations to showcase platform capabilities
* Explore SaaS potential, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
* Use
data-driven insights
to optimise performance and customer experience
* Provide subject matter expertise across internal teams and clients
* Keep ahead of market trends in LEO satellite connectivity and telecoms
Requirements
* 3+ years' experience as a Product Analyst, Manager, or Product Owner (ideally SaaS or telecoms)
* Technical understanding of
satellite connectivity, data aggregation, and telemetry
(LEO-SAT experience preferred)
* Strong client-facing skills – confident in demos, presentations, and customer engagement
* Proven success working cross-functionally with Sales, Development, and Projects
* Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Desirable: experience in
maritime, energy, construction, or rail
, plus familiarity with Starlink, OneWeb, or similar LEO technologies
