About Us
At Pathwaze Supported Housing, we're passionate about creating safer communities and brighter futures. We deliver high-quality supported accommodation and specialist interventions for young adults at risk of, or currently engaged in, gang activity and offending behaviour.
Our mission is to safeguard communities, reduce reoffending, and provide life-changing opportunities for young people to step away from harmful environments and build sustainable, positive futures. We work in partnership with police, probation, local authorities, and voluntary agencies — but our real strength is the drive and commitment of our team.
The Opportunity
This is a brand-new role with the chance to make a lasting impact. We are seeking an experienced Gang & Offending Specialist who has the expertise, confidence, and vision to set up and lead this area of work from the ground up.
You won't just be stepping into an established programme — you'll be shaping it. From designing interventions and building partnerships, to creating pathways that change lives, this role is about ownership, leadership, and innovation.
If you thrive on autonomy, want to see your ideas come to life, and have the industry experience to back it up, this is your opportunity to make your mark and play a pivotal role in our mission.
What You'll Do
* Lead and establish this new service area, setting the direction for interventions and support.
* Deliver one-to-one and group programmes tackling gang involvement, offending behaviour, and personal development.
* Create and oversee structured support plans tailored to individual needs, always keeping safeguarding at the heart of practice.
* Build and manage relationships with police, probation, youth offending teams, and other partners to deliver joined-up, effective interventions.
* Drive an intelligence-led approach by recording, monitoring, and responding to risks and safeguarding concerns.
* Deliver life-skills and employability workshops that inspire resilience, independence, and positive futures.
* Be a thought leader within our organisation, contributing to strategic reviews and helping shape best practice.
