Job Title: Team Leader
Reports To: Registered Manager
Location: Chorley
Salary: £15.00 to £16.00 per hour DOE / PA (including sleeps and on-call allowance)
Monthly Attendance Bonus: £150
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, 3 shifts per week / 162.50 hours
Sleep-ins: 10 per month

Your Team: You will be supported by an in-house Clinical Team and the Head of Care, who is an ex-Ofsted inspector.
Career Progression: You will be enrolled in a fast-track Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care for Children. This qualification, combined with paid study leave, will prepare you to excel as a Registered Manager.
Entry Requirements:
* Genuine passion for working with children and promoting their welfare.
* Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
* Willingness to undertake training and professional development.
* DOLS experience is desirable.
* Positive behaviour management training/understanding.
* Knowledge of Children’s Home Regulations and Ofsted requirements.
* A driving licence.
