Job Description
Within this role you take on the sole responsibility for raising all Accounts Receivable invoices using Open Accounts. With your previous experience you will also tackle the management of AR queries and resolve these (as high priority) to guarantee that services and customers are not disturbed. You will also transfer repairs and void invoices to Open Housing; deal with the collection of AR direct debits by generating reports at Month-End; set-up customer's accounts and direct debits on Open Accounts & PTX.This role allows to converse with a range of people from different department at all levels. In turn, you will be working alongside directors, Line Managers and associates in meetings to reconcile and raise customer invoices. Following through on this you would also reconcile customer accounts; at Month-End you will also have the responsibility for closing all Sales Ledgers.

The Successful Applicant
The successful a Ledgers Officer Accounts Receivable should possess:
3. Desirably AAT qualified or QBE
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Customer Service skills for dealing with internal and external individuals
6. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional manner
7. Finance & commercial experience: Accounts Receivable experience essential
8. Knowledge of Microsoft applications (particularly excel)
9. Organisational skills of a high standard with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy
10. High attention to detail
11. Ability to commute to Sale.
