Position
Mobilisation Administrator
The Mobilisation Administrator will report to the Mobilisation Manager, working with the Mobilisation team. The role ranges from setting up sites on our computer aided facility management system, communicating internally and externally, and managing information. The role is heavily focused using Microsoft Excel for pricing information. Attention to detail is crucial.
Key Responsibilities
* Verify contractor quotes
* Maintain/update pricing documents
* Point of contact for queries
* Learning and administration of 3rd party CAFM systems
* Updating and maintaining tracking documents
* Creation of site folders
* Electronic filing
* Arranging site visits including travel and accommodation
* May be required to attend site to assist with administration tasks
* Producing and tracking contract variations
* Updating CAFM systems following approved contract variations
* Issuing and tracking of contractor pre-qualification questionnaires
* Issue and tracking of welcome letters
* Setting up customers/service providers on CAFM system
* Checking and importing of planners on CAFM systems
* Raise and allocate jobs including issuing of PO’s
* Any other reasonable duty to support the business

Salary
£27,500 per annum
Hours of Work
Monday-Friday - 8.30am-5pm
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Microsoft Office Suite experience
* Good proficiency of Microsoft Excel
* Excellent communication skills

* Good understanding of Mathematics
