We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual with fantastic administration skills to join our established team. Reporting to our Planned Works Manager, our Planned Works Administrator provide administrative, clerical and support to the Planned Works team whilst delivering an excellent customer service in all areas of the Asset management engagement with residents, clients and third-party stakeholders.
In addition, we are looking for candidates that have a passion to advocate on behalf of people and communities.

Responsibilities
* Provide administrative, clerical and support to the Planned Works Manager and Planned Works Surveyors with data systems support, administrative support and the preparation of documents and delivery of services.
* Manage the records, data and systems relating Disability Funding Grants ensuring monthly updates are provided by the Local Authorities and ensuring handover packs are provided on completion with relevant certification.
* Have responsibility for managing documentation, filing, scanning, typing and administering the Asset Management documentation including library of policies, procedures, risk assessments and method statements.
* Deal effectively with colleague and customer queries delivering a comprehensive, efficient and effective customer service experience, ensuring all queries are recorded and resolved effectively.
* Provide cover for duties of the Asset Management administration functions as required.
Qualifications
* Good standard of general education with a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C or above including English and Maths.
* Experience of responding positively to customer queries and complaints conscientiously and diligently with attention to detail.
* Experience of working in a busy administrative role.
* Ability to respond efficiently and effectively to demands of work.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – particularly Excel.
