Part Time Administrator

Minimum 20 hours/week, Monday to Friday (with flexible start times)
Up to £13 per hour
Our client is a leading financial advisory company, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Administration team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Full training will be provided, so previous experience is welcome but not essential.
The role of Administrator includes:-
Booking and scheduling client meetings
Preparing meeting documents and reports
Processing client requests
Professionally handling all client communications (email, phone, letters)
Answering inbound calls and managing messages
Accurately processing new business paperwork and data entry
Greeting clients in the office and offering refreshments
Providing cover for team members during absence
Collaborating with your team to maintain efficient workflows
