Job Description: Brand Implementation Project Manager (Interim)
Location: South Wales (Hybrid / Remote options available) Term: 6-Month Contract (Minimum) Rate: Competitive / Market-led
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly autonomous Project Manager to lead the internal implementation of a significant corporate rebranding project.
The strategy and creative direction are being handled by an external brand consultancy; however, we require a dedicated internal resource to bridge the gap between that high-level strategy and operational reality. This is a \"boots on the ground\" role focused on managing the change across every touchpoint of our business within a tight, high-profile timescale.
The Role
This is not a creative design role. It is a delivery-focused Project Management position. You will be responsible for ensuring that the new brand identity is successfully rolled out across all physical and digital assets before a hard launch deadline in September.
As the scope of the project is currently evolving, we need a candidate who thrives in ambiguity and can build a structured implementation plan from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaison & Coordination: Act as the primary link between the external brand consultants and internal department heads to ensure total brand alignment.
* Asset Rollout: Manage the physical and digital transition of the brand across:
* Digital: Website, social media channels, and internal digital platforms.
* Physical: Vehicle fleet livery, external and internal building signage, and branded workwear/PPE.
* Process Management: Identify and update internal processes and templates affected by the rebrand.
* Stakeholder Management: Provide regular, concise progress reporting to senior leadership, managing expectations and identifying risks to the launch date.
* Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party suppliers (printers, signage installers, uniform providers) to ensure quality and timely delivery.
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven PM Experience: A strong track record in Project Management, specifically within Brand Implementation, Marketing Rollouts, or Business Transformation.
* Comfort with Ambiguity: Ability to \"make it up as you go\" by creating order out of a vague brief and moving quickly to hit deadlines.
* Marketing Literacy: You speak the language of branding and agencies but have the discipline of a traditional Project Manager.
* Multi-Channel Experience: You understand the different lead times and logistical challenges associated with both digital updates and physical asset manufacturing.
* Communication: Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
* Available to start immediately or on short notice.
* Ability to travel to the South Wales office as required (Hybrid).
* Previous experience managing rebranding projects involving physical infrastructure or fleets is highly desirable.
