* Valid HLTA status or equivalent qualifications/experience
* Recent experience working in UK primary schools (Key Stage 1 and/or 2)
* Ability to provide two references from the last 24 months
* Reliable, enthusiastic, and able to support learning and behaviour management in the classroom
