I am looking for a reliable, experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to support my mum who has advanced Alzheimer at home in the Battersea area.
About the role:
- Support with personal care and safe transfers (mobility support)
- Assistance with feeding at breakfast, lunch, and dinner ( swallowing difficulties)
- Care visits required 4 times per day for transfers
- Feeding support required 3 times per day
- Must be comfortable working with a high-needs client
Ideal candidate:
- Experienced in home care / personal care
- Be able to prepare meals
- Able to support mobility and safe handling
- Patient, respectful, and reliable
- Able to follow care plans and maintain dignity
- Previous care experience
- Must be fluent in English
- Portuguese speaker prefer but it not essencial
- DBS check and right to work in UK
Pay & hours:
- Pay: Negotiable (within direct payment budget)
- Flexible shifts available
- Long-term position for the right person
