Product Lending Manager - Real Estate Finance

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lending professional to broaden their remit and work across a diverse range of products, including Real Estate Finance.
The Role
* Support the delivery and management of multiple lending products, contributing to the bank’s overall growth strategy
* Collaborate with Origination, Credit, and Product teams to structure tailored solutions
* Play a key role in developing and refining product propositions across Real Estate and SME lending
* Maintain strong internal and external relationships to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
The Person
* Experience in Real Estate or Commercial Lending within a bank or specialist lender
* Strong understanding of end-to-end lending processes
* Collaborative, detail-oriented and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
