Court of Protection Solicitor – 2+ years PQE, Manchester, up to £50,000 (DOE)
Job reference: 2283. We are looking for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor who is ready for a new challenge in their career.
Key responsibilities
* Handle a varied caseload of Property and Affairs matters within the Court of Protection.
* Support senior members with more complex matters.
* Advise clients, families, support teams and external solicitors on a wide range of legal matters.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years PQE in Court of Protection practice.
* Exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work well within a team.
