Event Marketing Manager / £40-50,000 + Bonus / Hybrid Working / London\n\nWe are looking for an Event Marketing Manager to join a global events organisation. This is a hands-on, strategic and creative marketing role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment. You’ll be responsible for managing the full marketing cycle for a portfolio of B2B conferences and events – both virtual and in-person – across a range of sectors.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOwn end-to-end marketing for a portfolio of events, with full accountability for driving delegate acquisition and revenue targets.\nCreate and deliver compelling, multi-channel marketing campaigns using email, social media, SEO, PPC, and partner promotions.\nBuild and manage long-term relationships with key media partners, industry associations, and influencers to expand audience reach.\nCraft engaging marketing copy for use across campaign materials, from event launch through to post-event comms.\nCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders, expert speakers, and event sponsors to maximise event promotion opportunities.\nAnalyse marketing campaign performance to identify trends, refine strategies, and inform future decision-making.\nActively nurture leads and past attendees to convert them into paying delegates.Experience Required:\n\n3–4+ years’ experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within events, publishing, exhibitions, or membership organisations.\nProven track record in planning and delivering successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.\nSkilled in email marketing, content creation, partner engagement, and lead generation.\nExcellent copywriting and communication skills, with a knack for writing persuasive and engaging content.\nCommercially minded and data-driven, with experience managing budgets and measuring ROI.\nProactive, creative problem-solver who can work independently and manage deadlines with ease.\nComfortable collaborating across teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels. \nEvent Marketing Manager / £40-50,000 + Bonus / Hybrid Working / London
