They urgently require a talented, dynamic Systems Training Manager - Applications to help lead the training support elements for a core programme to modernise their core systems operations.
You will
* Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy - Leading a Team of Trainers
* Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs & support across the business on the Core Business Systems side
* This involves: Core Business Systems, HR / Payroll, ATS, Finance, LMS etc
* Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs using various methods (including classroom, e-learning, workshops, floorwalking).
* Manage the creation and maintenance of training materials, user guides, and documentation.
* Monitor and report on training effectiveness, including post-training evaluations and performance metrics.
