Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Inverness. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support, answering phones with professionalism, maintaining and organizing clerical records, and supporting daily club tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless day-to-day operations within the health club by managing communications, administrative needs, and customer interactions.

* Proficiency in administrative assistance and organizational tasks with attention to detail
* Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with members and staff
* Customer service skills with an approachable and friendly attitude
* Experience with administrative assistance, including managing maintenance calendars and supporting leadership teams
* Ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Basic knowledge of office systems, tools, and technology
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting
* Prior experience working in a similar role or a fitness/wellness environment is a plus
