We need a skilled Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, turning complex requirements into actionable insights - regardless of their industry background." — Programme Director ABOUT THE ROLE We're seeking a Business Analyst with experience in transformation programmes (procurement, IT, or digital) to drive analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design. You'll: Analyse and document business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and transformation Translate business needs into clear requirements and functional specifications Work closely with stakeholders across procurement, IT and business teams to ensure solutions meet strategic objectives Support change management through impact analysis, training materials and user documentation Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and measure success Tech Stack : JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and business intelligence tools (experience preferred) ABOUT THE PERSON 3 years in business analysis, with exposure to large-scale transformations (procurement, IT, digital or consulting) Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping and requirements elicitation Problem-solver who can balance ideal solutions with practical constraints Excellent communicator - able to facilitate workshops and present findings clearly Logistics: Hybrid (Leeds office 2x/week) Interested?
