Room Leader
Kids Planet Longley is seeking a Room Leader to manage a nursery room, support the team, and build relationships with children and families.

How you’ll make a difference as a Room Leader:
* Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high‑quality care and education in line with the EYFS
* Support and guide the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development
* Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and learning supported
What a Room Leader needs:
* At least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification
* Excellent understanding of the EYFS
* Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
* Leadership experience desirable
