CRE Finance Lawyer

About the Role:
In the role, you will be a member of the Assets Legal Team, providing high-quality, commercially focused legal advice to the asset origination team in its management of assets. The role is focused on real estate finance, but you will also work on real estate investment projects, as well as asset financing transactions, including general finance, structured finance, and capital markets. The role will also provide an opportunity to contribute to regulatory advice and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To assist with the execution of a wide variety of investment meetings for the business.
2. To provide efficient, high-quality commercial legal advice to the assets team, including reviewing and negotiating terms sheets, transaction documentation, real estate due diligence, non-disclosure agreements and dealing with general queries on existing and potential investments.
3. To manage day-to-day queries on existing assets and offer a high standard of customer service.
