Are you a technically skilled professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Join our team as a Field Service Technician, where you will provide prompt, efficient, and effective field maintenance and calibration services to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performing routine service and calibration of customer instruments to maximize uptime and ensure full compliance.
* Strictly following all Mettler Toledo Quality and Health and Safety procedures to maintain safe and consistent work aligned with SOPs.
* Successfully completing an annual calibration competency test for various pipettes to maintain ongoing expertise and compliance.
* Accurately completing and submitting all necessary paperwork promptly.
* Representing the company professionally and assisting customers in optimising their instrument performance.
* Managing and maintaining stock levels of service items and spare parts.
What You Need to Succeed
* Practical and technical background, preferably in a biochemistry-related environment.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details for non-technical people.
* Attention to detail with high standards of workmanship.
* Willingness to travel daily to customer sites.
