We are working with a highly regarded, tech-enabled law firm seeking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team on a fully remote basis. The Client
Our client is a progressive property law firm with a strong national presence and a reputation for delivering high-quality, efficient service to clients across the UK. Their fully remote model is built around robust technology, streamlined processes, and a supportive team culture, enabling solicitors to work effectively from anywhere.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish. This includes sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. You’ll be supported by a skilled admin and tech team, allowing you to focus on legal work and client care.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a caseload of residential property matters independently
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other legal professionals
• Conduct title checks, draft contracts, and deal with enquiries
• Ensure regulatory compliance (SRA/AML)
• Use a cloud-based case management system to progress files efficiently
Candidate Profile
• Qualified Solicitor (minimum 2 years PQE)
• Experience handling a full conveyancing caseload
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Confident using digital systems and remote-working tools
