Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Consultant located in Codsall. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for attracting, screening, and placing qualified candidates in various healthcare roles. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing job postings, and collaborating with hiring managers to effectively fulfill staffing needs. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
