You will focus on leading a service and staff team who engage with people in the Dependency and Recovery programme with a history of offending and substance misuse
You will have experience of managing a team who work with individuals with multiple and/or complex needs, as well as experience of managing contracts and working closely with partners such as Probation, Police and Courts
Some knowledge of one or more of the following is required
* Criminal justice systems
* Substance misuse services
* Mental health services
The programme will deliver harm reduction, brief interventions, group programmes and referral into structured treatment if required. Change, Grow, Live services and staff will provide wraparound support and will work directly with partner organisations to support the individual.

Full Time Salary £42,076.87 to £46,683.60
* Please note Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Here's what you'll be doing
* To lead on the development of the service to provide easily accessible, nonjudgemental, and confidential services, which supports service users
* To manage and coordinate the activities of the service, including overseeing the management of the staff team, sub-contractors, and volunteers/peer mentors, so that the service runs efficiently and effectively, making the best possible use of financial and human resources.
* To provide line management and supervision to supervisees, and visible leadership to the wider service to achieve performance outcomes in line with service level and contractual arrangements.
* To oversee the activities, group work offers, and operational delivery of the whole service - including ensuring an effective digital response/offer.
* To ensure effective communication, joint working and delivery of the NPS Dependency & Recovery pathways of support as well as improved links with ETE, Personal Wellbeing and Accommodation pathways; contributing to relevant research and/or development opportunities as appropriate.
* To ensure that constructive, positive and supportive relationships are maintained with our partners, both internal and external to Change Grow Live.
Here's what we're looking for
* Considerable experience of managing community criminal justice or dependency and recovery services with a clear understanding of the need for and ability to deliver quality services
* Considerable experience and understanding of the challenges that male service users of all ages might have, particularly when considering offending behaviour combined with substance use.
* Experience that demonstrates administrative and financial management skills and managing budgets in excess of £600,000.
* Experience of managing sub-contracted partnerships.
* Experience of working within and managing contracts, service agreements and service delivery systems.
* Experience of change management.
* Experience of effective partnership working at a senior level.
* Well-developed leadership skills.
* A working knowledge and experience of performance management frameworks.
* Experience of data collection systems, information technology.
