As a Senior Radiographer at our hospital, you’ll have a BSc degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent), be registered with the HCPC, have a postgraduate qualification, and high levels of technical knowledge. Ideally, you’ll also have Radiation Protection Supervisor training and qualification, as well as the ability to work accurately and compassionately.
As a Senior Radiographer, you will:
* See each patient as an individual, offering understanding and empathy.
* Deliver a high-quality diagnostic imaging service for a varied caseload – in the department, on the ward, and in theatre.
* Work with leading practitioners and cutting-edge practices, equipment, and facilities.
* Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures.
* Supervise and develop junior colleagues.
* Ensure a service of the highest quality is delivered with sensitivity and compassion.

We are currently registered with the Care Quality Commission for 60 beds, with areas of specialty in cataract, cosmetic, gynaecology, imaging & radiology, orthopaedics, and urology & men's health.
