Position Overview: Machine Operator
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate CNC machines, including manual setup and skilled labor tasks.
* Read and interpret job sheets to prepare machinery for various projects.
* Perform complex cutting, assembly, and other operations with precision and attention to detail.
* Use precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet customer specifications.
* Collaborate with supervisors to ensure efficient setups and high-quality outputs.
* Work with the quoting and customer service team to suggest process improvements and share ideas for future projects.
* Maintain a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict standards for medical device manufacturing.
* Follow all safety regulations and work instructions to produce die-cut products of the highest quality.
