The Opportunity
This is a unique greenfield opportunity for a hands-on BI Developer to join a growing IT team and take full ownership of the firm's Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing strategy. You'll be the first dedicated BI hire, giving you the autonomy to shape the data landscape from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
 1. Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Power BI, SQL, and Azure Data Services
 2. Build and manage a scalable data warehouse to support reporting and analytics
 3. Collaborate with stakeholders across investment, operations, and compliance teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights
 4. Develop ETL pipelines to integrate data from various internal and external sources
 5. Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all reporting layers
 6. Provide training and support to business users on BI tools and dashboards
 7. Act as the subject matter expert for all things data and BI within the firm
Skills & Experience
 8. Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Engineer in a financial services or wealth management environment
 9. Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and data visualization best practices
 10. Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases
 11. Hands-on experience with Azure (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Synapse)
 12. Solid understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
 13. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
 14. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in financial data is a plus
