Annual wage £18,000.00 Working week Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm (4pm finish on Friday) Total hours per week: 36.5 Expected duration 17 Months Possible start date 01 Sep 2024 Date posted 09 Apr 2024 Apprenticeship level Advanced Level 3 (A level) Reference number VAC1000242943 Positions 1 available What you will do in your working day Finance Duties Updating the timesheet report – Monday to Wednesday Uploading information to the ad-hoc timesheet (TS) platforms (Engage) Loading new starters on the portal Producing cost of sales import ready to be loaded onto the Sage accounting system Responding to general invoice queries Checking perm bookings are logged on the CRM (Profile) Taking any leavers off the TS Portal and off Profile each week Filling out supplier forms Assisting with basic credit control queries eg. invoice copies Producing Umbrella Company rebates (a company used to pay temporary employees) Compliance Duties Managing the compliance process of candidates pending start, completing background checks such as DBS checks, references, Proof of ID and Right to Work checks Issuing Mandatory and Statutory training modules and Occupational Health forms via Healthier Business for NHS Framework candidates Managing internal CRM database and OneDrive Shared Folders, ensuring all internal and external checks and documents are saved and stored appropriately, and the Compliance Tracker is continually updated Liaising with Umbrella companies regarding candidate referrals, and drafting candidate/client contracts for the Compliance Lead to review using editable PDF templates Maintaining the contract extensions tracker and renewing contracts Applying for HR references and agency date confirmations via email, as and when requested by the consultants Assisting the Compliance Lead and Directors with external audits on an annual basis Business Admin Duties Purchasing office supplies and maintaining stock levels across two locations Making travel arrangements, including ordering train tickets and booking accommodation as required Arranging courier services and postage Ad-hoc business admin tasks The training you will be getting Alongside your duties, you will also be studying towards the level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship, which includes learning from business administration specialists.
