This is an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of high-quality commercial matters within a supportive and progressive environment
The Role
You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on a diverse mix of commercial work, advising a wide-ranging client base from SMEs to larger corporates. The role will include exposure to:
* Commercial contracts and trading agreements
* Data protection and GDPR compliance
* IT and technology agreements
* Intellectual property matters, including licensing and protection
This position offers excellent training and development, with early responsibility and strong client interaction
The Ideal Candidate
* Newly Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly)
* Experience or a strong seat in commercial, technology, or IP law
* Genuine interest in commercial contracts, data protection, IT and IP
* Strong drafting skills and commercial awareness
* Excellent communication and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
