Customer Champion

Location: Surbiton with on-site parking and office-based role
Salary: £30k to £35k plus increased holiday with service, company events, free drinks and nibbles and parking.
Hours: Monday to Friday from 8.45am to 5.15pm
Start Date - Ideally ASAP but if not end of Jan, ideally
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Champion to join a small and vibrant team in Surbiton. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love connecting with customers, this is the opportunity for you!

What You'll Do: As a Customer Champion, you will be the first point of contact for their customers, providing 5-star service and fostering strong relationships.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Serving as the friendly voice of the organisation for customer inquiries.
Processing and overseeing customer orders with precision and care.
Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless customer experience.
Maintaining accurate customer data and records using CRM systems.
Supporting new customer onboarding and addressing their needs.
Updating their online shop to enhance customer engagement.
What They Are Looking For: Ideally, you will possess:
Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
Experience with CRM systems and order processing.
Technical aptitude for tools like Office 365, OpenCart, Sage, HubSpot, Clik, Adobe, and Photoshop.
A positive and proactive attitude.
Strong multitasking abilities and a self-starter mentality.
Food and Drink lover is a plus!
