Responsibilities

We have a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic experienced Arborist Sales Manager (Arborist Estimator) to run an established territory, based at our office near Chelmsford, Essex.
You will:
* be responsible for all areas of sales within a defined territory, including selling, marketing, customer service and other non-selling tasks
* advise and provide quotations for carrying out specialised tree work and plant health care services to our clients
* ensure the jobs are completed per the contract and to the client's satisfaction
Qualifications
Please contact us for a chat if you have:
* a proven track record in sales and management of work crews
* prior experience of working in the tree care or related industries and preferably have worked in a commercial arboricultural environment
* Level 4 Arb qualification, PTI and/or TRAQ or equivalent (ideally), PA1 and PA6 (ideally)
* the ability to identify trees, diagnose problems and recommend corrective action or proactive management plans
* sound knowledge of Health and Safety
* a focus on providing a high level of Customer Service
* the ability to think strategically
