Rate: Negotiable (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months initially and extendable (long term project)
Responsibilities
* 12+ years CRM experience with a minimum of 3 years in public sector or Energy & Utilities Services domain
* PSS (Salesforce Public Sector Cloud) implementation experience is mandatory.
* Must have worked on PSS cloud and have GDS understanding is a plus.
* CRM/Salesforce solution experience is beneficial.
* Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate across systems.
* Detail-oriented with quick learning ability for new concepts and technologies.
* Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to collaborate in a team to solve business and technical problems.
* Act as a Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for clients.
* Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and multi-cloud implementation touchpoints.
* Assess customer requirements, co-create future vision, and map to Salesforce solutions.
* Guide customers on target architecture, phasing, and transition architecture.
* Provide domain expertise and guidance on Salesforce 360 platform solutions.
* Assist in building CRM strategy and roadmap, supporting quick wins and strategic goals.
* Work with complex requirements, design, and configure solutions.
* Collaborate with technical teams to determine solution details and value.
* Review design and infrastructure blueprints, identify risks.
* Stay updated on industry trends and Salesforce solutions.
Summary
* The Solution Architect acts as an industry domain expert on Salesforce Customer 360 Platform, aligning solutions with enterprise architecture in the public sector and energy/utilities industries.
* Requires strong industry knowledge, able to discuss future trends, and provide Salesforce perspectives.
* Uses a consultative approach to understand requirements and develop technical sales strategies.
* Subject matter expert in areas like business strategy, application architecture, data, integration, security, cloud, and analytics.
