We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience What you'll be doing: Creation and delivery of Technical Publications for Submarine operations to enable the end user to support and operate the product Use of sound engineering judgement to interpret and produce technical documentation from engineering data and publishing the output using bespoke toolsets to support the Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) solution Evaluating the impact of engineering change to the current suite of Technical Publications Presentation of draft documentation and supporting information at Technical Reviews and Authorisation Groups Use of applicable toolsets for configuration control of the Technical Publications Your skills and experiences: Essential: Comprehensive understanding of the Technical Publications used in the operation of RN Submarines Strong understanding of marine engineering design, operation, systems engineering drawing and specifications processes Desirable: Understanding of configuration and record management Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Generation of Technical Documentation in support Strong experience of data interrogation and good analytical skills Benefits: You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. The Dreadnought SOP Team: You will be joining an experienced team with the responsibility to undertake authoring tasks in the support of the Technical Publications deliverables. The duties of the role are to utilise best practice, professional engineering judgement and operating experience to produce a suite of Technical Publications for use on In-Build and In-Service Submarines. This role will allow you to use your expertise to influence the operation of the Submarine for decades.
