What You'll Do
Drive regional market expansion and identify new business opportunities
Strengthen and grow key accounts
Develop and implement regional sales strategies
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Technical Teams & HQ in Germany
Represent us at trade shows and gather valuable market insights
Manage quotations, orders & customer requests in close coordination with Inside Sales
Ensure accurate CRM documentation and reliable forecasting
What You Bring
Solid sales experience (technical background is a plus)
Strong negotiation & communication skills
Hands-on mentality and customer-focused mindset
High resilience, accountability & intercultural competence
Willingness to travel
