Job Description
We have been instructed to act on behalf of one of our key clients to recruit a Compliance Monitoring Manager. Whilst office attendance is required for the initial few weeks to get up to speed with the systems and bed in with the wider team, office attendance can be just 3/4 days a month.
As a Compliance Monitoring Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting the compliance function to deliver the firm's compliance strategy.
You will be responsible for:
* Implementing and delivering the CMAF in alignment with the Board approved framework design, regulatory standards and risk appetite
* Leading compliance monitoring reviews
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders
* Maintaining robust record keeping of plan delivery
* Supporting delivery of CMAF and CMAP stakeholder training
* Presenting report findings
You will need:
* Proven experience in compliance monitoring or audit roles within financial services
* Knowledge of the FCA handbook, particularly CONC, Consumer Duty, SMCR and financial promotions requirements
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong analytical and interpreting skills
