Personal Assistant / Business Development Executive – Bowdon (WA14) About Our Client Our client is a luxury boutique real estate agency based in Bowdon. Boutique by choice, ambitious by design. As they expand, they're looking for someone who's eager to make an impact, learn fast and work closely with their CEO to drive growth, excellence and outstanding client experience. Role Summary As their Personal Assistant / Business Development Executive, you'll sit at the heart of the business supporting their CEO, working on client-facing and operational tasks, and helping them grow into their next phase. Ideal for someone early in their career who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, wants to learn, take ownership and grow with them. What You Will Do: Provide high-level executive support to the CEO - diary management, correspondence, and client liaising. Manage and safeguard confidential client information with professionalism and integrity. Assist marketing and business-growth efforts - social-media posts, campaign scheduling, and performance monitoring. Take ownership of operational tasks from signage/print to client event logistics. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and add value to the business. Represent the company at times and maintain impeccable standards of presentation and service. Be flexible and adaptive - some weekend or late work may be required as business needs evolve. What They're Looking For (Must-Haves): Excellent written and spoken English. Strong organisational, IT and multitasking skills - proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with social-media tools. Reliable, driven self-starter with a positive "can-do" attitude and an eye for detail. Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (some travel within Bowdon/Cheshire may be required). Professional appearance, high emotional intelligence and ability to remain calm under pressure. Nice-to-Have: A background or interest in law, communications, digital media, journalism or client-facing services. Any prior experience (internship/part-time) in real estate, property, marketing or events. Experience with social-media analytics and content planning.
