An exciting Receptionist opportunity is available at a leading London Law Firm, offering outstanding benefits, including a generous bonus, gym membership, private health and dental care, pension scheme, and more. This role is perfect for someone with exceptional customer service skills who enjoys providing a warm, professional Front of House experience for clients and visitors.
We are seeking a Corporate Receptionist, 5 Hotel Receptionist*, or former Cabin Crew member who is passionate about delivering a first-class guest service. You will be the main ambassador for the firm, working on a prestigious Front Desk, assisting with reception duties, administration, events support, and liaising with high-profile clients daily.
Receptionist Duties:
• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors with a warm and professional welcome
• Ensuring all clients receive a VIP experience throughout their visit
• Liaising with other departments, including catering, AV, and PAs
• Booking catering for client meetings and internal events
• Managing reservations of meeting rooms through a computerised booking system
• Occasionally assisting with switchboard calls (most clients/directors have direct lines)
• Organising couriers and handling general administrative tasks
• Conducting floor walks to ensure meeting rooms are immaculate at all times
• Supporting the coordination of occasional internal client events
Requirements:
• Experience as a Corporate Receptionist, Luxury Hotel Receptionist or Cabin Crew essential
